Gorillas – Varmints! – Episode 17



In this week’s Varmints podcast we’ll talk about gorillas! Many of you have asked about our episode on gorillas. This was an episode Paul and Paul recorded before the show was picked up by Blazing Caribou. As Paul is out of town this weekend attending to his Superhero headquarters, and unable to record, take a listen to this episode from the old archives and enjoy learning about gorillas.

Here are some great pictures of western lowland and eastern lowland gorillas. Can you tell the difference? If you can’t,  don’t feel bad. The differences are mostly due to length of arms and tooth shape, which are significant enough to warrant sub-species classifications. Enjoy! Courtesy of the World Wildlife Federation.
