Our guests this week: Gabriel Estrada & Kathryn Talmo

Liar       liar

Kathryn Talmo   Vs. Gabriel Estrada

Katie is a writer and gamer from the Chicagoland area.  When she’s not writing for Blazing Caribou Studios and antagonizing Kari with Sentonyms, she spends her time caring for her husband and two kids.  She’s an avid Blizzard fan, spending a good amount of time in World of Warcraft and honing her skills on Heroes Of The Storm.

Gabriel is also a writer and podcaster from Oakland, California. He lends his time to Blazing Caribou as a Web Developer and has a love for Sports and Comic Books.  Though these two may work together, the gloves come off this week as they battle for the coveted “Trivia Geek” title.

Round 1: Sentonyms – 80s Movie Revue

In this game, the contestants are presented names of 80s Movies, only they’ll be modified to use synonyms of keywords in the title.  The contestant will try to guess what the real movie title is. Failing to do so gives the opponent a chance to answer steal their answer.

Round 2: That’s Legit!? or Bullshit!?@#!

The host reads two random and somewhat wacky facts. The problem is some of the facts are true, or “Legit” and some of them are false, or “Bullshit!”.  It’s the contestants job to decide which facts are real and which are completely made up.

Round 3:  Truly Random Trivia

This round is all about random trivia, where anything is of topic, and we do mean ANYTHING. The questions are worth 2 point and 1 point for a steal.  The time will start when I’m done reading the last of the answers in question one. Ten minutes on the clock please.
