A writer (Paul Rudd) retires after a personal tragedy and becomes a disabled teen’s caregiver. When the two embark on an impromptu road trip, their ability to cope is tested as they start to understand the importance of hope and friendship
After losing his son in an accident, retired writer Ben (played by Paul Rudd) takes courses to become a caregiver. This decision brings him into contact with a boy named Trevor (played by Craig Roberts) and changes both their lives in unexpected ways. The film also stars Bobby Cannavale and Selena Gomez.
A ten episode order focusing on the events leading up to 9/11. The series, based on Lawrence Wright’s nonfiction book, is helmed by writer Dan Futterman (Capote) and filmmaker Alex Gibney (Going Clear).
The future of the show was uncertain amid speculative tensions between Sony and Netflix. In addition, Florida cut its tax incentives for filming prior to the show’s renewal. The series creators have said that they envisioned a five or six season run.
It might not bring the prestige of Best New Drama, but Marvel has won a Creative Arts Emmy for Outstanding Original Main Title Theme Music, marking a first for a comic book company.
